Please ensure that you contact IBG Insurance Brokers immediately a loss occurs. You should be aware that in some instances failure to report a loss or a potential claim promptly may result in a denial of liability by an insurer.

This should include all incidents as they occur as, although they may seem insignificant at the time, they could eventually lead to a substantial claim.

Your insurance program is not designed to penalise you for the reporting of incidents. On the contrary we may detect areas where continual accidents are occurring and make recommendations to help prevent these types of incidents recurring.
